1. Be respectful
Treat other members with respect. Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or encourage anyone to harm another person. Do not target people with hateful or degrading language because of who they are. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity to deceive others, or use someone else’s account.
Members may disagree, but disagreements must not become repeated unwanted contact, threats, or abuse. Respect another person’s decision to stop a conversation or block contact. Do not use information learned through TikTokCell to contact, pressure, or harm a member outside the app.
2. Protect privacy and consent
Do not publish or share another person’s private information, personal messages, images, recordings, or identifying details without permission. This includes information that could expose where someone lives, studies, or works. Do not secretly record, track, or monitor another person through the Service.
Ask before sharing content that includes another person, especially content that is private or sensitive. Never use TikTokCell to solicit personal information for fraud, intimidation, or another unlawful purpose. Do not pressure anyone to share images, contact details, or other personal material.
3. Do not post harmful or unlawful content
Content must not be unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intended to cause serious harm. Do not post credible threats, instructions to commit violence, or content that promotes abuse. Do not share content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers a minor. Do not solicit personal information from minors.
Do not use the Service to promote illegal activity, sell prohibited goods, distribute stolen material, or encourage others to break the law. Content that is deceptive, defamatory, or designed to mislead people may also be removed.
Do not post graphic material intended to shock, intimidate, or glorify violence. Do not encourage self-harm, dangerous challenges, or conduct likely to cause serious injury. Do not use TikTokCell to recruit people into abusive or exploitative activity. Context matters, but describing or documenting a harmful event does not permit threats, exploitation, or the distribution of private material without consent.
4. Respect creative rights
Only upload photos, videos, audio, text, and other material that you created or have permission to use. Do not copy or distribute another person’s work, trademarks, or private content without authorization. Do not remove ownership notices or claim another person’s work as your own.
If you believe content on TikTokCell infringes your rights, contact support with a description of the material and where it appears. We may remove content while reviewing a credible report and may restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
5. No spam, scams, or unwanted promotion
Do not send junk messages, chain letters, bulk solicitations, or repeated unwanted invitations. Do not use TikTokCell to run scams, phishing attempts, deceptive promotions, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized contests. Do not collect usernames, phone numbers, or other member details to build marketing lists or contact people outside the app.
Commercial promotions, advertising, and sales require permission from TikTokCell. Do not mislead people about a product, payment, prize, or offer.
Do not pretend to represent TikTokCell, a charity, a business, or another person to obtain money or information. Do not send links that hide their destination or direct people to harmful downloads. Do not repeatedly send the same message to many members or use groups to distribute promotions without permission. If a member declines an offer or asks you to stop, do not continue contacting them about it.
6. Keep accounts and systems secure
Use only your own account and keep your sign-in information private. Do not access another member’s account, guess passwords, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain data that is not intended for you. Do not upload viruses, malicious code, or files designed to damage devices or networks.
Do not interfere with the normal operation of TikTokCell, probe or overload its systems, automate account activity without permission, or try to defeat safety features. Do not conceal or interfere with advertising or other parts of the Service through technical manipulation.
Do not reverse engineer, test, or scan the Service for vulnerabilities without written authorization. Do not exploit a technical weakness, use unauthorized tools to access app features, or interfere with another member’s ability to use TikTokCell. If you discover a security issue, do not access, change, or retain other people’s information; report the issue to support with a clear description so it can be reviewed.
7. Use the Service lawfully
You must follow applicable laws when using TikTokCell. Do not use the Service to violate another person’s legal rights, evade a lawful restriction, or facilitate illegal conduct. You are responsible for the content you post and the messages you send, including where you share or repost material created by someone else.
Do not use the Service to arrange the sale of illegal goods, offer fraudulent services, or encourage someone to harm themselves or others. Do not use TikTokCell to exploit an emergency, target a vulnerable person, or make threats intended to frighten or silence someone. If an activity is illegal where you are or where it affects another person, do not use TikTokCell to carry it out.
Follow any applicable age requirements and do not help another person bypass them. Do not use TikTokCell to evade a court order, violate a protective restriction, or interfere with an investigation. A member who uses the Service remains responsible for deciding whether their conduct and content comply with local law, including laws that apply where the content is received.
8. Keep profiles and messages genuine
Use profile information in a way that does not mislead or impersonate another person. Do not use fake identities to deceive, defraud, or manipulate members. Do not create multiple accounts to evade a restriction or continue unwanted contact. Do not use another person’s phone number, photos, or personal details without permission.
Messages should be relevant and welcome. Repeatedly sending unwanted messages, invitations, promotional links, or requests after someone has declined may be treated as harassment or spam. Do not pressure members for money, credentials, intimate material, or access to their devices. Never use the app to coordinate harassment across multiple accounts or services.
9. Reporting and enforcement
If you see behavior that may violate this policy, report it to support@tiktokcell.com. Include the relevant account or content details and a short explanation. Do not make knowingly false reports or use reporting tools to target someone unfairly.
We may review reports and available information, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. We consider the nature and seriousness of the conduct, its impact, and any repeated violations. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the Service.
We may act before an investigation is complete if we reasonably believe there is an immediate safety, security, or legal risk. We may also refer suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities. Enforcement may vary based on context, severity, history, and applicable law. We do not guarantee that we will identify or remove every violation, and members should use reporting tools and personal safety judgment together.
Reports should be made in good faith and include information that helps us identify the relevant account, message, or content. Please do not send repeated reports about the same issue unless you have new information. We may contact you for clarification, but we may not be able to share details about another member or the outcome of a review for privacy or safety reasons.
